Job Opportunites

Accurate Electric is among the leaders in the electrical construction industry in both size and quality of our workforce. We employ over 160 employees who strive to do the best job possible. Due to Our Company’s safe, professional, productive, and drug-free work environment, we feel we attract the Finest Available Electricians.

We offer top wages, paid vacations, and paid holidays. All employees of the company can participate in a 401k program with employer matching incentives, profit sharing, and are eligible for medical, dental, and life insurance.

Extensive Training is offered to all incoming employees who wish to begin a Career as an Electrician through a four-year, employer paid apprenticeship program. On average 40 employees per year are enrolled in the Associated Builders and Contractors’ Electrician Apprenticeship Program. Any employee who wishes to attend the ABC program may do so, completely free of cost, but book fees do apply. The company agrees to pay the full cost of sending an employee to school for four years, so long as he/she attends the after-work classes and maintains a passing grade.

Accurate Electric Construction, Inc. takes additional steps to keep the morale of our employees on a high level. We sponsor a company softball team in the Spring, hold an annual picnic in the Summer and a golf outing in the Fall, and allow every employee to chart his or her own career development.

Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is designed to assist in the identification and resolution of productivity problems associated with employees impaired by personal concerns. The program offers counseling or information to the employee (and family) at no cost. This service is professional, confidential, and Paid By The Employer. Accurate Electric values its employees and their families and this benefit is offered to assist them if professional help is ever needed.

We are currently hiring for residential and commercial electricians. Experience is preferred, but not necessary, for consideration.
